Welcome to The Tall Timbers Home Owners Association
Tall Timbers is a planned community with 48 single-family homes and is located off County Road 14, approximately two miles east of North Branch, Minnesota.
The Tall Timbers Homeowners Association (TTHA), the governing body of the development, has a board of directors who are homeowners and volunteer their time.
The TTHA Board is elected to oversee and manage TTHA By-Laws and Covenants and manage common areas which include a shared drain field system.
